Orders from non-EU countries cannot be processed.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring correct address information.

Undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses may result in additional charges.

7. Customs & Duties (Important for EU)

Since all orders are shipped from within the EU (fulfillment center)

no import duties or customs fees apply for EU customers.

If orders are shipped from outside the EU in the future, customers are responsible for duties.

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.

We will support you with claims where necessary.

We accept returns within 14 days, provided the products are unopened and unused. For hygiene reasons, opened perfumes cannot be returned.

No – unopened items may be returned within the 14-day period. Opened or tested fragrances are excluded from returns.

Delivery within Europe typically takes 2–7 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Attar is a highly concentrated, alcohol-free fragrance oil made from natural resins, florals, oud and premium oils. It provides an intense, warm and long-lasting scent and is ideal for layering with sprays. All attars are sourced directly from premium manufacturers in the Middle East.

How do I apply Attar perfume oil? Apply a small amount on:

– Wrists

– Neck

– Behind the ears

– Inner elbows

Do not rub. Attar is perfect for layering and should be used sparingly on clothing due to its oil-based nature.

Bakhour (or Bakhoor) is a traditional Middle Eastern incense blend made from oud chips, resins, premium fragrance oils, and spices. When gently heated, it releases a warm, deep and luxurious aroma within seconds.

Common scent notes include:

– Oud

– Amber

– Musk

– Sweet resins

– Spices

– Floral accents

Each blend reflects the fragrance heritage of Oman, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

How long does Bakhour last? Bakhour is known for its exceptional longevity:

In rooms: several hours
On fabrics: up to several days

How do I use Bakhour? Bakhour is gently heated on:

– A traditional Mabkhara

– Charcoal burners

– Electric incense burners

The heat releases the aroma evenly. For clothing, hold the fabric safely above the smoke.
