Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship exclusively within Europe.

Orders from non-EU countries cannot be processed.

 

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery within:

2–7 business days (depending on destination country).


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are displayed at checkout.

All prices include handling and packaging.


5. Tracking

All shipments include tracking.

Tracking details will be sent via email once dispatched.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring correct address information.

Undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses may result in additional charges.


7. Customs & Duties (Important for EU)

Since all orders are shipped from within the EU (fulfillment center)

no import duties or customs fees apply for EU customers.

If orders are shipped from outside the EU in the future, customers are responsible for duties.


8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.

We will support you with claims where necessary.
